  I walked in to do a payment and possibly open an account, there was no one there to greet you. It's a pretty open space with the lights dimmed down, it would be nice to be able to ask someone where to go. Their was one poor young lady running around trying to help everyone she could as it seemed she was the only one on the floor assisting clients. After waiting 15-20 minutes I got up and left. Not a very good experience for my first time being there. Maybe next time it will be better...
