  Coming from out of state and looking at the wide selection of homes and builder options available within the Northern Virginia market, Wetherburne’s choices of locations, floor plans and finishes were head and shoulders above competitive alternatives. Any builder can build large homes or add features, but Wetherburne consistently offered a level of design, style and “art” to their homes that is as distinctive as it is warm and welcoming. They know how to build “homes” and they do it with refined elegance.
  
  With many builders, the moment you purchase the home is the “end of the honeymoon” of the sales process. Not so with Wetherburne. When the inevitable stuck window or missing trim piece comes up, other builders start to step away. With the Wetherburne team, this is when they engage and show a true commitment to the lifetime enjoyment of each of their homes and its owners. If something is broken, they fix it – no questions and no delays. Even if you change your mind and want to add features, they are right there along with you to offer suggestions and recommend contractors to assure you get the results you want.
